We do not disrupt the natural process with any additives. Whether natural or synthetic.

This leaves our wine with a very natural rich Color, Fantastic grape Smell, and most important a great crisp, clean zero additive Taste. Nothing like you ever experienced before. Our wines look different, smell different, and taste different; because they are different.

Most people do not realize, wine makers are not regulated by the FDA. They are regulated by the TTB. A divition of the IRS.

The TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) in the US, and, other government authorities in major wine-producing countries have pre-approved over 70 additives for use in wine.

Most people assume all wine making is a natural process without any additives, because when they look at the label there is nothing there. There is no list of additives, leading people to believe that all wine is natural and additive free. ​

I learned how to make wine from a friend of mine I have known for over 25 years. My friend immigrated from Italy over 40 years ago, bringing his generational, 100% all natural wine making process with him and teaching it to me.

This is never a concern with Covered Bridge Wine, Because we add nothing. We make our wine from fresh, all natural juiced grapes, and nothing else.
